A Month in Photos - September

Hey everyone!

I have a very special collection of photos to share with you from last month.

Last month started on the road, literally. My friends and I did a road trip from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Vancouver, British Columbia. It was a very long road trip. We made many stops along the way. I don't even know how many cities and towns we have visited just on this road trip alone. What I do know, though, is that we have been to MANY places, which you will be able to tell from the photos I have taken.

The nature in Canada is absolutely stunning, and it brings me so much joy to be able to share this with you. Enjoy :D

Can you imagine biking down the street and seeing this view in front of you? This beauty is just priceless.

The reddish sky in Canmore, AB, is not a filter. The recent fires in Canada have really changed the colours of the sky, and the combination of smoke and the sun rays has caused the sky to look red.

My friend took this picture on her phone while we were canoeing on Moraine Lake, AB. It was my first time canoeing, and I had a really good time.

It is hard to explain what drew me in to snap this photo. I think I felt very calm at that moment, and wanted to translate the feeling through a picture. This was taken at Lake Louise, Alberta.

When you are at such a beautiful place like Moraine Lake, all you want to do is to try to take it all in. And then, you try to find creative ways to transfer that feeling through photos. This was one of my attempts.

I was patiently standing on a bridge, surrounded by hundreds of people, while I was trying to capture this magical moment. It did take more than a few tries to get this picture, but I'm so happy I didn't give up (some exclusive behind the scenes for you).

Shannon Falls in British Columbia.

Believe it or not, but this is the real colour of the water. This is what I call Heaven on Earth.

A photo from the hike at Johnson's Canyon.

How can this monthly post be complete without me including a sunset picture?

This one was taken somewhere in BC, on our way to Vancouver.

How cool are the buildings in Vancouver? They come in different shapes, sizes, and colours!!

As soon as we existed Stanley Park, we saw this beautiful Marina.

My friends walking down Lions Gate Bridge in Vancouver. We walked from North Vancouver all the way down to Granville Island. That's how you really get to explore a city.

I'm pretty sure the road we walked on couldn't have taken us anywhere else but Vancouver, so I wasn't sure why the sign was even there.

I took this picture as we were walking down Granville Bridge trying to get to Granville Island. We had to go all the way down the bridge to get to the island, even though we were walking just above it. If only they had stairs somewhere along the bridge where we could've come down at different points...

At the heart of Downtown Vancouver.

Walking through parks in Whistler, BC.

Skyline of Downtown Calgary. This picture was taken from one of the bridges in Calgary.

Somewhere along 8th Ave. SW in Downtown Calgary.

I think it's the first time ever that I'm featuring on my blog a picture of the sunrise. Once winter rolls around, you will see more of those, but for now, enjoy this one that was taken on our way back home.

Birds dancing in the sky somewhere in Saskatchewan.

"It's a new dawn It's a new day It's a new life For me And I'm feeling good"

I think this is the most amount of pictures that I have ever featured in any of my "month in photos" posts. I really hope you liked these photos :)

As always, leave me a comment below and tell me which photo was your favourite.

Love you all,
